This Service Includes:

• Arrival the morning of the wedding

• Point of contact for vendors, guests, and venue staff

• Oversee and assist with setup of ceremony & reception decor

• Ensure vendor arrival and setup is on time

• Direct and assist bridal party and family members

• Manage timeline and keep everything on track

• Cue ceremony procession (bride, groom, bridal party)

• Assist with transitions (ceremony to cocktail hour to reception)

• Troubleshoot any day-of issues discreetly

• Guide reception events (grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

• Ensure final breakdown and packing of personal items

• Assist with gift and card collection coordination

This service does not include prior meetings, planning, or walk-throughs. We simply show up and handle the day — so you can relax and celebrate!
