Service Includes:

• Final consultation 2–3 weeks before the wedding

• Venue walk-through (if local)

• Review and confirmation of vendor contracts & arrival times

• Customized wedding day timeline

• Final headcount and layout confirmation

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (usually day before)

• Vendor management and communication on wedding day

• Setup of decor and personal items (welcome signs, place cards, favors, etc.)

• Guest and vendor point of contact

• Cueing ceremony procession (bridal party, music, etc.)

• Oversee reception events (grand entrance, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)

• Handle any last-minute emergencies or timeline adjustments

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors (if provided)

• Pack up couple’s personal items and gifts at the end of the night
